With so many great anime movies coming out in 2022, it is hard to choose which one to watch first. Here is the list of top 10 anime movies list you don't want to miss

Jujutsu Kaisen 0
Jujutsu Kaisen 0 is a prequel to the series that is pivotal to understanding the story as a whole. The story revolves around Yuta Okkotsu, a teenager who is haunted by a Curse that appeared when his childhood friend Rika Orimoto passed away. At first, Rika makes his life a living hell by attacking everyone who gets near him. But with some training at Jujutsu Tech, he's able to communicate with Rika and work with her. His increased control over his power is just what he needs to face Geto, an old friend of Gojo's who has something truly horrendous in mind.
Belle
A Sci-fi themed Beauty & The Beast, directed by the legendary Mamoru Hosoda, Belle is one of the best anime films of the year. Ever since her mother passed away, Suzu has kept to herself. The only place where she feels truly free is a virtual world called “U.” There, she is a beautiful singer called Belle. One day while in U, she encounters the Beast, an unsociable figure who is hounded by self-appointed U officials. Suzu wants to learn more about him in both the virtual and real world.
Suzume’s Door-Locking
Everything directed by Makoto Shinkai is worth watching. 17-year-old Suzume's peaceful life in Kyushu is disrupted when a traveling man shows up looking for a mysterious door. The door they discover is old and weathered and seems to have been the only thing left after a great catastrophe. Soon more doors start appearing all over Japan. As the doors open, they release disasters and destruction, and it's up to Suzume to close them again.
That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime: Scarlet Bonds
After traveling to a small country called Raja, Rimuru Tempest and his companions get dragged into a long-running conspiracy surrounding the queen and her powers. Also, they encounter Hiiro, an ogre who survived their village's destruction and used to be Benimaru's brother.
Drifting Home
Kousuke and Natsume were once close childhood friends, but in sixth grade their relationship becomes strained. Their friendship is put to trial when they visit the housing complex they grew up in that's about to be demolished, and caught up in an unnatural phenomenon sends the two of them and several others drifting into a vast sea. What will happen to their friendship? And can they ever return home?
Bubble
Due to a mysterious phenomenon occurring, a futuristic version of Tokyo has been cut off from the rest of the world by bubbles that destroy gravity. While this causes a lot of problems, it also provides a great extreme sport for team parkour. While engaged in this dangerous sport, a boy named Hibiki falls into the gravity-bending sea. He's rescued in the nick of time by a girl with strange powers. The two of them hear a sound that no one else can hear.
One Piece Film: Red
It is a surprise to see top-tier anime, not on the top of the list. Despite being a key part of Luffy's childhood, One Piece fans don't know much about Shanks. One Piece Film: Red reveals something important about him. He has an estranged daughter named Uta who became a world-famous singer. Oversaw and produced by Eiichiro Oda himself, this is bound to be one of the most anticipated One Piece films yet.
Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero
2022 is a good year for anime lovers, 2 top-tier animes released a movie this year. Despite the Red Ribbon Army was dismantled by Goku a long time ago, there are still a few of their rank who carry on its spirit. These people created two extremely mighty androids, Gamma 1 and Gamma 2 who called themselves "Super Heroes". It is up to Gohan and Piccolo to stop them.
Sword Art Online: Progressive - Scherzo of Deep Night
It is truly a bummer when a good arc in the manga or the light novel didn't make a cut in the anime series adaptation. Worry not, Sword Art Online: Progressive - Scherzo of Deep Night will cover chapter 4 of the light novel. this film deals with events that were skipped in the original anime, such as taking quests from the Elf Lord Yofilis and dealing with some terrifying monsters.
Fruits Basket: Prelude
We laughed and cried together on Tohru's journey helping Sohma Zodiac Members discover themselves. Now watch how the story unfolds between Tohru's parents, Kyoko and Katsuya fighting their way in a complicated love story. This movie also features all-new post-series scenes featuring Tohru and Kyo.
Bubble has been my particular favourite to this point. I love the touch in the MC's first appearance. Not to mention, the soundtrack choices wonderfully enhance the movie's ambiance of vivid colours. Congratulations to Wit Studio for creating another impressive anime.
